When you are approved as a Pro Wall Printer reseller, you get:
- The latest model wall printer from our trusted supplier in China. For a specifications sheet, please contact us. NOTE: we only sell and ship the most current model available – we do not stockpile older models with outdated operating systems! We also get a wholesale price on our machines, which we pass along to you.
- WHITE GLOVE IN-PERSON SETUP SERVICE – that’s right – no confusing videos or calls! Our technicians will meet you at your location in person and get your wall printer 100% set up, and will also give you detailed instructions on how to operate it. (Available in U.S. only – for other locations please contact us).
- Free unlimited technical support and documentation and ongoing 24/7 support from our technicians right here in the United States!
- An exclusive territory – we will not sell another Pro Wall Printer business within a certain range of your location (call us for details).
- License to use the “Pro Wall Printer” name and logo in your business (you are free to choose your own name – we’ll even help you with your logo and marketing).
- FREE INTERACTIVE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING – yes that’s right! We will get your business going in the right direction and help you with all your marketing from day one! Social Media marketing includes video preparation highlighting your work, or if you’re just starting out, you can use our work as an example.
- Ink supply enough for up to 2,000 square feet of printing – that’s only about $0.40 cents per square foot. Keep in mind that can charge upwards of $25/sf or more for printing PLUS any other graphics of preparation services. (See “How Much Can I Make” below).
- Additional print head, railing, and extra supplies. Ink and other materials are available for shipment right here in the United States.
How Much Can I Make?
On average, our clients charge anywhere from $10/s.f. for a simple logo or design all the way up to $35/s.f. or more for detailed work, larger surfaces, and surfaces such as brick or stucco that may require additional sealant before application. Doing the math, here are some examples of what you could make:
Simple design like a logo or lettering, 8’ x 8’ surface = 64 s.f. x $10/s.f. = $640.00
More complicated design, 8’ x 8’ surface @ $25/sf = $1,600.00
Very complicated design such as full-print 3D, or design needing extra prep such as brick or stucco exterior: 64 s.f. x$35/sf = $2,240.00
Keep in mind that most designs, even large ones, only take about 1-2 hours to print. The ink dries instantly so your customer can start enjoying their design right away! And no worries about printing outdoors - the UV ink will last for years even in rain, snow, sun, and inclement weather.
You will also need to add in other fees such as design fees (normally $45 - $75/hour), wall prep/painting, travel expenses, and other fees. Keeping in mind that a hand-painted mural of this size would cost upwards of $10,000.00, your customer is saving money, time, and uncertainty. The design you both agree on will be the artwork they get, period.
Doing the math again, if you get 3 jobs in a month (you can do this with very little effort), and if you made an average of $25/s.f. for these three jobs, you can be making $2,000.00 to $6,500.00 per month, or more!*
What do the supplies cost?
Fortunately, with our wall printers the cost is very low. Plan on spending about $100/month on ink and cleaning supplies, and if you need to replace the print head after time, those usually run about $200/ea and can be easily purchased right here in the U.S.
Is the Marketing and Website really free?
Yes, we will handle all of your marketing and your website (local and national) absolutely free for the first year, and then after that there is a very nominal Marketing Fee that can be paid monthly. Any leads that come in from our national and international marketing will be directed to you. If you choose not to use our trade name and want to use your own, we will get that set up for you as well!
Do I Need to Be "Techy" To Operate The Machine?
The great thing about being in the wall printer business is once you get set up and get the basics of printing and design down, you’re good to go. Our technicians are highly trained and available to answer any of your questions at any time. Our highly trained and qualified technicians will personally set up your machine and train you from day one. You will need a rudimentary understanding of software and digital design, as well as some technical skill to properly operate and maintain your machine. Of course, a love and talent for art is always helpful too – but not necessary as we can also help you with your customer’s design work.
What Does It Cost?
We understand that people have different budgets and different needs. While other companies are offering wall printing businesses with an investment of $60,000 or more, our buy-in starts at only $25,000, which includes the latest technology in wall printing machines, white glove in-person set up (the toughest and most confusing part of getting started), in-person instruction (up to 3 days at your location), use of our name and logo, a complete marketing system, and much more.
Just want the machine only? We can do that too, and at a discount price you will find is far less than what other companies out there are charging. In most cases, a 50% down payment will get your machine on order, your territory reserved, and the ball rolling. Let’s talk more and see what plan works best for you.
How Long Does It Take to Started?
Because our machines come directly from our factory rep in China, there is usually a 6 to 8 week delivery time. However, during that time we will get you busy! We will provide you with our company logo and brand (should you choose to use it), or we can help you come up with your own brand. In addition, we will build you a PERSONALIZED, fully integrated website, social media pages, ads you can start running immediately, and other marketing materials so you can get the word out about your exciting new business.
What is White Glove Setup?
We are the ONLY wall printing company in the United States that offers a one-on-one meeting with our experienced technician AT YOUR LOCATION – yes, you read that right! As soon as your machine is delivered, we will come to you and set up the machine, showing you step by step how to assemble and disassemble the machine as needed. Plus, your technician will stay as long as 3 days or more to teach you how to use the software, maintain your machine, fill the ink cartridges, change out the print heads, and much more. We will even show you tips and tricks that you will NOT find in any online video. Our goal is your success!

Digital wall printers and vertical printing is a fairly new idea and has only been in existence a few years.
